Therefore having overlooked the times of ignorance, God is now declaring to men that all people everywhere should repent, because He has fixed a day in which He will judge the world in righteousness through a Man whom He has appointed, having furnished proof to all men by raising Him from the dead. (Acts 17:30-31)

WHO IS JESUS?
The things which God announced beforehand by the mouth of all the prophets, that His Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled. (Acts 3:18)

Do you believe the Prophets? (Acts 26:27)

The Good News
Prophesies began thousands of years in advance about Him delivering us from the power of sin and darkness. These prophesies prove that Jesus is Lord and Christ.

Today, many people don’t realize the historical reality of Jesus, or the overwhelming amount of archeological evidence supporting the Old and New Testaments.

Historical fact: Approximately 250 years before Christ, the Old Testament (the prophets) was translated into Greek.

The Seed – God said…
To Satan: I will put enmity between… your seed and her seed; He shall bruise you on the head, and you shall bruise him on the heel. (Gen 3:15) 4000 BC 

To Abraham: In your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed. (Gen 22:18) 2000 BC

To David: I have sworn to David My servant, I will establish your seed forever and build up your throne to all generations. (Ps 89:3-4) 1000 BC

Let’s Summarize
The seed would be a descendent of Abraham and heir to the throne of His father David. He would conquer Satan for all the nations of the earth. His kingdom would be established forever.

Jesus is LORD
For a child will be born to us, a son will be given to us; and the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace. There will be no end to the increase of His government or of peace, on the throne of David and over his kingdom. (Isaiah 9:6-7) 700 BC

The Mystery
The mystery which has been hidden from the past ages and generations is Christ in you, the hope of glory. (Col 1:26-27)

In order that the blessing of Abraham [the seed] might come to the nations, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. (Gal 3:14)

God’s Victory!
The prince of darkness destroys people’s lives, families, and nations by corrupting them with sin. At the cost of Jesus’ life, we receive forgiveness of sins and the power of His Holy Spirit to conquer sin.

Jesus Saves
Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself. (Acts 2:38-39)

Now why do you delay? Get up and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on His name. (Acts 22:16)
